What’s been happening:

Penn State has always been a "family affair." I was a second-generation graduate following Dad (Class of 1937). The third generation has passed through with our son (Douglas) and daughter-in-law (Amita), both Class of 2000. My brother-in-law, brother, niece, and her husband, each are Penn State graduates. Thus, it seemed only natural for my wife (Mary Ellen, also a Life Member of the Penn State Alumni Association) and me to "retire" to Happy Valley in 2007 and move into a new home at "Tradition Point" in the planned residential community at The Village at Penn State. We eagerly await our 4th generation Penn Staters!
